**Job description**

**We have an urgent opening for Admission Counselor at VIBGYOR High - Hennur, Bengaluru (Blessing Garden Layout).**
- Addressing, handling or re-directing queries with regards to admission on time.
- Post registration, taking the parents on a School tour.
- Informing the parents of fee structure & School timings.
- Updating forms & allotting house divisions.
- Assisting the parents in selection of all optional facilities (Bus, Canteen, PSA, Kids Club)
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound cold calling.
- Manage to convince the parents /potential customers to visit the school premises from where the Relationship Team shall take over.
- Follow up on no show cases.
- Make post school visit calls to the same parents /potential customers to enquire on their experience and check if all doubts were well catered.
- Manage up-sell and cross sell opportunities within the group (as and when the group is ready)
- Ensure 100% capturing of potential parent interaction data in ERP and generate related reports.
- Co-ordinate with parents for Coffee Meet including sending invites to Parents for the Meet.
- Post joining providing the students with the ID cards & ensuring parents of students get bearer cards.
- Maintain and update Register of inward & out ward mails.
- Coordinate with other various departments for functioning.
- Assisting in School promotion related activities and competitions within the School premises or outdoor.
- Quality of Interfacing with Parents/Students
- Quality of participation in organizing VIVA, Coffee Meet and other School events.
- Resolving all academic and non-academic queries and grievances of parents.
- Maintaining an updated record of all the grievances handled.
- Issuing Bonafide & School Leaving Certificates.
- Assisting in School promotion related activities and competitions within the School premises.
- Making necessary entry at each step on ERP and updating the same as per the Process guidelines mentioned in the ERP Manual.

**Educational Qualification**: Should be a Graduate / Post-Graduate **with B.Ed. or NTT / MTT** professional qualification in any field preferably in Business Administration or Marketing.

**Working Days**:6 days in a week **(Monday - Saturday)

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
