**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain Mechanical MIS databases to ensure accuracy and reliability of information.
- Collect data from various sources within the mechanical department and enter it into the MIS system.
- Analyze data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Generate reports and presentations based on MIS data for management review and decision-making.
- Collaborate with mechanical engineers and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure MIS meets operational needs.
- Provide training and support to staff on the use of MIS tools and systems.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding data management and security.
- Stay updated on advancements in MIS technology and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in EEE/ECE/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in managing MIS or data management systems, preferably in a mechanical or engineering environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in database management software (e.g., SQL, Oracle) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and terminology is preferred.
- Certification in data management or MIS is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
