An MIS Executive with PowerPoint (PPT) knowledge is responsible for managing and coordinating the organization's Management Information Systems (MIS), including data analysis, report generation, and system maintenance. The role also involves creating and presenting reports and presentations using PowerPoint. Key Responsibilities:

- **Data Management**:Collect, analyze, and manage data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- **Report Generation**:Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support managerial decision-making.
- **Presentation Skills**:Create clear and concise presentations using PowerPoint to communicate findings and insights.
- **System Maintenance**:Ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the MIS.
- **Data Analysis**:Identify trends and patterns in data to provide actionable insights.
- **Collaboration**:Work with other departments to understand their needs and provide relevant data and reports.
- **Communication**:Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Required Skills**:

- **Strong Excel Skills**: Proficiency in Excel, including Macros and other tools, is essential for data manipulation and analysis.
- **PowerPoint Skills**: Ability to create professional and engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and solve problems related to data and systems.
- **Data Management Skills**: Experience in managing and cleaning data, including handling large datasets.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus.
- **Project Management**: Experience in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
