The Project Cost Controller plays a critical role in optimizing project financial performance and ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

**Responsibilities**:
Cost Planning and Budgeting:

- Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and stakeholders to develop accurate project budgets and cost estimates.
- Review project plans, specifications, and scope of work to identify cost elements and establish cost control measures.
- Develop comprehensive cost control systems and procedures to monitor project costs from initiation to completion.
- Proven experience as a Cost Controller or similar role in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of cost control principles, techniques, and best practices in construction.
- Proficient in using construction cost control software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
