**Responsibilities**:
- Conducting detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for Civil and MEP projects.
- Preparing bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documents.
- Evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations.
- Participating in project meetings and providing cost-related advice.
- Monitoring project costs and budgets throughout the construction phase.
- Identifying cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, materials, and pricing fluctuations.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Civil and MEP projects.
- Proficiency in quantity take-off software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards is preferred.
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, PQS) is a plus.
Salary Range: Rs. 20,000 - Rs. 30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and qualifications) Quantity Surveyor
