We are hiring an experienced and target-oriented **Sales Executive (Direct Sales)** to drive **telecalling-based product sales** in the **home appliances, white goods, or hotel supplies industry**. The role involves direct interaction with customers (B2B or B2C), handling incoming/outgoing calls, explaining product features, closing sales, and following up on leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote and sell home appliances or product solutions.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products based on their needs.
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, or previous interactions.
- Prepare and send quotations, handle negotiations, and close sales independently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM tools.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and call quotas.
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for smooth delivery and post-sales support.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with key clients.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in **telecalling-based product sales** (preferably in **home appliances, white goods, or hotel supplies**).
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through telephonic engagement.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable using CRM and telecalling tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
