Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment of CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Manage the CRM platform and database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations.
Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline CRM operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, marketing automation, and customer experience management.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
