**Job Description**:

- Managing International and Domestic Hotel & Package plans for clients.
- Ensuring that the best rates and stay plans are opted for at all times. Negotiate rates from the relevant vendors.
- Form filling for Hotel & package as per procedure or as and when needed for clients.
- Design and create travel packages that include hotel accommodations, transportation, and other relevant services.
- Collaborate with various service providers to assemble comprehensive and appealing packages.
- Develop detailed travel itineraries for clients, including information on accommodation, transportation, and activities.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors.
- Continuously evaluate and update the list of preferred vendors.
- Work within client budget constraints to create cost-effective travel packages.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality service and exceeding client expectations.
- Seek feedback from clients and use it to improve services and offerings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, new hotels, and emerging destinations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for enhancing travel packages.
- Maintain and update clients queries in the calendar for follow-up.
- Maintain and swiftly resolve client’s feedback of hotels & Package facilities as needed.
- Preparation of lists of activities for various destinations which can be presented to clients.
- Prepare & maintain Client’s record in the system as well as hard copies for future references.
- Analyze, Identify & coordinate with New Vendors as and when necessary.

**Job Specification**:

- Bachelor’s degree from recognized university
- 3 years’ experience in any industry
- Hotel or Tourism & Travel industry experience would be an added advantage
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software and phone systems
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills (Gujarati, English, Hindi)
- Attention to details, Coordination Skills, Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation Skills, Time Management
