Job Description:
**Job Title**: Quality Inspector
**Location**: Vallam, Chennai
**Department**: Quality
**Experience**: 0 - 6 month
**Salary**: ₹17,000 - ₹21,000 (In-Hand)
**Shift**: Rotational Shifts
**Bike**: Mandatory

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma / ITI / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant stream

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform **visual and dimensional inspection** of automotive components
- Ensure parts meet required specifications and tolerances
- Prepare and maintain **MIS reports** on inspection findings and quality checks
- Support in **daily quality checks** and assist in resolving quality issues on the shop floor
- Work closely with production and quality teams for effective **team coordination**:

- Ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements

**Skills Required**:

- Basic understanding of quality inspection methods
- Familiarity with measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Calliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
- Ability to identify defects and deviations in parts
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
