**Your Role**:

- **Monitor Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) platforms and online portals to ensure compliance, security, and optimal performance.**:

- **Analyze data and trends to detect anomalies and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.**:

- **Collaborate with IT, security, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.**:

- **Generate regular reports on monitoring activities, findings, and corrective actions.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest trends in digital monitoring and cybersecurity.**:

- **Recommend enhancements to digital monitoring processes and tools.**

**Your Profile**:

- **4 to 6 years of experience in digital monitoring or a similar role.**:

- **Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.**:

- **Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.**:

- **Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.**:

- **Familiarity with digital monitoring tools and software.**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.**
