Sales Coordinator

**Job Summary**:
The role of a **sales coordinator** plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales process and maintaining effective communication channels within the sales department and other relevant stakeholders. A Sales Coordinator will play a vital role in driving international sales efforts by generating leads, coordinating meetings, negotiating with customers, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the sales process. The sales Coordinator also assists in the preparation of sales reports, tracking sales activities, and managing customer inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Lead Generation**: Utilize export databases, market research, and other resources to identify potential customers and generate leads in target markets.
2. **Sales Support**: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team by managing sales-related tasks, including order processing, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely delivery.
3. **Coordination**: Act as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities. Organize and manage meetings, calls, and follow-ups with sales representatives to ensure efficient collaboration in achieving sales targets.
4. **Sales Reporting**: Assist in the preparation and analysis of sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback, to identify areas for improvement and support decision-making.
5. **Customer Service**: Maintain regular communication with customer, address customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding product availability, pricing, and order status.
6. **Sales Support**: preparing sales presentations, reports, and maintaining relevant documentation.
7. **Sales Training**: Assist in organizing and coordinating sales training programs and events, ensuring that sales representatives have the necessary knowledge and tools to succeed.
8. **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new sales opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
9. **Relationship Building**: Cultivate positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to enhance the sales team's effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
10. **English Communication**: Demonstrate strong verbal and written English communication skills to effectively engage with international clients.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role ad EXPORT sales.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Excellent ENGLISH verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and report generation.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to address customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate meaningful insights.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
