**Responsibilities**:
1. Tutoring Sessions: Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students at their homes, adhering to Edushala's curriculum and teaching methodologies.

3. Lesson Planning: Prepare and plan tutoring sessions based on the specific needs of each student, considering their academic level, learning style, and progress.

4. Academic Support: Provide comprehensive academic support, clarify doubts, and assist students in understanding difficult concepts through effective teaching techniques and strategies.

5. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student performance, track progress, and identify areas for improvement. Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.

6. Motivation and Engagement: Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills development.

7. Communication: Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and Edushala support team regarding students' progress, concerns, and any changes in tutoring schedules.

8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, student performance, and any other relevant information required by Edushala.

9. Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable to accommodate different learning styles, pace, and individual needs of students.

**Requirements**:
1. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., education, mathematics, science, English, etc.).

3. Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain concepts and engage with students and parents.

5. Patience and Empathy: Ability to understand the individual learning needs of students, exhibit patience, and show empathy while assisting them in their academic journey.

6. Organization and Time Management: Effective organizational skills to plan and deliver tutoring sessions, manage schedules, and maintain accurate records.

8. Passion for Education: Genuine interest in teaching and helping students achieve their academic goals, along with a dedication to creating a positive learning environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹4,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
