**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes and guest preferences.
- Engage with guests to take orders, recommend drinks, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and inventory.
- Handle cash, POS billing, and maintain accurate drink records.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the F&B manager for reordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and legal alcohol service regulations.
- Create signature cocktails and contribute ideas for seasonal drink menus or promotions.
- Set up bar for service and restock supplies at the end of shifts.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a bartender or barman in a hotel, resort, or upscale bar. Freshers with training in bartending may also apply.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar equipment.
- Friendly personality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle a lively bar crowd.
- Basic understanding of inventory and billing systems.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and during events.

**Preferred**:

- Certification in bartending or F&B service
- Multilingual communication (English, Kannada, Hindi)

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
