We are looking for a talented and dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team to elevate our brand and that of our clients across social media platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Design visually appealing and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and animations for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Create engaging and innovative designs for posts, stories, ads, carousels, and reels.

**Strategy Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that align with the brand's voice and strategy.
- Understand the target audience to create designs that resonate and drive engagement.

**Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain and enhance brand identity across all social media platforms.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company guidelines and are consistent in style, quality, and tone.

**Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and social media platform updates to produce cutting-edge visuals.
- Experiment with new content formats to enhance audience engagement.

**Multimedia Design**:

- Create and edit short-form videos or animations to complement graphic designs when required.
- Assist in the production of multimedia content, including infographics and e-guides for online marketing efforts.

**Optimization & Analysis**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize designs based on performance analytics and feedback.
- Revise and update designs as necessary based on campaign performance and social media insights.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in social media design.
- Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), CorelDraw, Canva, Figma, or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools and techniques is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A portfolio showcasing your design expertise, especially in social media graphics.

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

- Diploma (preferred)
