**Responsibilities**:
1. Design engaging and visually appealing graphics for social media platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

2. Create a variety of content types, including static images, infographics, GIFs, videos, and animations.

3. Develop cohesive visual themes and branding across all social media channels.

4. Collaborate with the social media team to brainstorm and conceptualize content ideas.

5. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices for visual content.

6. Adapt designs for different social media formats and specifications.

7. Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual and messaging alignment.

8. Monitor the performance of social media graphics and iterate based on analytics and feedback.

9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10. Stay organized and maintain an up-to-date library of assets for easy access and reuse.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.

2. Proven experience creating graphics for social media platforms, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or other relevant tools.

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms, their capabilities, and best practices for visual content.

5. Excellent design skills, with a keen eye for typography, composition, and color theory.

6. Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing trends and audience preferences.

8. Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus.

9. Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.

10. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
