ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESDeveloping and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goal and target.Conducting Market research to Identifying new markets and potential Customers for the targeted products.Managing a team of sales Representative and providing guidance support and training to help them achieve their target.Develop and Maintain Relationship with Costumers, distributors and other stakeholders.Negotiating and closing sales deals, including contracts, pricing and terms of payment.Monitoring sales performance.Collaborating with other departments to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with business objective.Participating in trade shows, conference and other industry event to promote the company’s products.Travelling to various locations to meet with clients, attend conference and conduct business

PREFERRED SKILLSStrong Communication and Negotiation SkillsKnowledge of International trade regulationsExperience in Sales and Business DevelopmentFluency in one or more foreign language

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- 0-2 years’ experience in International Marketing in Chemical industry
- Experience of sales and marketing in Food colors and its intermediates are plus
