International Sales and Procurement Manager(BD)
Job Specification:
Procurement/Sales
- Follow up closely, secure and grow the sales of existing product portfolio.
- Support Management in driving the sales and marketing initiatives.
- Prepare action plans to search for international sales leads and prospects.
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings for overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients. Negotiate and Close Agreements with Large Customers
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage existing key account customers and establish new prospective customers.
- Establish a regular point of contact with clients to build and maintain a cordial relationship.
- Attend to enquiries and assist customers on matters related to commodities.
- Ability to handle overseas buyers, suppliers, agents, and transporters independently.
- Maintains contact with all customers in the international market area to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Must work to develop and maintain international business contacts.
- Collaborate with Documentation, Accounts, and Procurement departments to determine best practice for customer relationship management for stakeholders from Europe, North America, South America, and Asia and wherever there is presence of Seastarr's business operations.
Logistics
- Finalize freight and schedule shipments.
- Organize shipments from the suppliers and constantly follow up with plants, agents, and clients.
- Check all commercial contracts before sending them to clients and customers.
- Responsible for containerized shipment logistics, including booking confirmations with shipping companies, forwarders, etc. as well as communicating with clients for loading schedules, cargo cut-off dates, latest shipment dates, and getting proper documentation like BL,commercial contracts, etc.
- Resolving any logístical issue like detention, shipments loading, BL issues when required etc.
MIS/Operations
- Monitor and Analyze Performance Metrics and Suggest Improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales, and activity reports.
- Any other duties as assigned by the senior manager.
Required Profile:
- Experience in the oleochemical industry will be preferable.
- Is proactive and relies on experience and judgement to plan or accomplish goals.
- Should be fluent in English with good communication skills..
- Education: Graduation required. MBA/Post graduation with specialization in Sales or Marketing will be preferable.
- Experience: 5-10 years
**Salary**: ₹30,434.48 - ₹50,138.61 per month
