**Job Title**:Site Supervisor - Interior Design Projects

**Salary**:25k - 35k

**Requirements**:
***1. Project Execution Supervision**:

- Oversee daily site activities and ensure work aligns with design plans, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople.

**2.** **Quality Control**:

- Inspect workmanship and materials used.
- Ensure adherence to design intent and brand standards.

**3. Timeline & Scheduling**:

- Monitor project timelines and report any delays.
- Manage workflow to ensure project deadlines are met.

**4. Site Coordination**:

- Act as the main point of contact between the office (design team/project managers) and the on-site execution team.
- Resolve site issues promptly and efficiently.

**5. Procurement & Inventory**:

- Track and manage delivery of materials, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Ensure availability of resources and prevent site downtime.

**6. Health & Safety**:

- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Comply with local laws and regulations.

**7. Reporting & Documentation**:

- Provide daily or weekly progress reports, site photos, and updates to the project manager or client.
- Maintain site records and documentation of changes or issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).

2-5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in interior fit-outs or renovation projects.

Strong knowledge of construction/interior design methods, materials, and finishes.

Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings, layouts, and technical plans.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with project management tools and site documentation.

Work Conditions:
Fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

On-site presence is essential; may need to work at multiple project sites.
