**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the first point of contact for students regarding queries, concerns, and academic support
- Provide accurate guidance on available courses, study plans, faculty, schedules, and institutional policies
- Offer personalized academic and emotional counseling to keep students motivated and goal-oriented
- Maintain consistent follow-ups with prospective and current students to ensure engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with faculty and administrative teams to resolve student issues and relay feedback
- Document counseling sessions, student progress, and required follow-up actions in a structured manner
- Plan and coordinate motivational sessions or periodic check-ins to boost student morale and retention

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Psychology, Education, or related fields)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language
- Empathetic, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with students
- Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and maintain a student-focused approach

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
