**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce products and services.
- Engage in warm calling to follow up with leads and nurture existing relationships.
- Effectively communicate product benefits and features to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms of sale and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to help improve product offerings.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, with a strong track record of meeting sales goals.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Familiarity with technology sales is a plus, as it allows for better understanding of product offerings.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools for tracking performance and managing leads.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and strategies in sales.
