**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and industry best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Figma is a must.
- Proven experience in working directly with clients, including gathering requirements and presenting design solutions.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- Certification in UI/UX Design is a plus.
- Technical background or experience working closely with development teams is an advantage.
