Job Title: Quality Incharge

Location: Rajkot

Job Summary:
The Quality Incharge is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance. This role involves the implementation of quality assurance policies, conducting inspections, and supervising quality control processes to guarantee compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Quality Assurance**: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- **Inspections and Testing**: Oversee and conduct regular inspections and tests of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to identify defects or deviations from specifications.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality assurance activities.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- **Training**: Train and guide staff on quality control procedures, ensuring all team members understand quality standards and regulations.
- **Audits**: Plan and conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Promote continuous improvement initiatives and drive quality improvement projects.
- **Customer Feedback**: Analyze customer feedback and complaints to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with production, supply chain, and other departments to ensure quality standards are met throughout the production process.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, non-conformances, and improvement initiatives to senior management.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Certification in quality control or assurance (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 years of experience in a quality assurance role.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in quality management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
