As a QA Manual Tester at, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with our development team to understand requirements, create test cases, and execute testing procedures to identify defects and ensure optimal performance. This role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Execute manual testing procedures to identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure the overall quality of software products
- Document and track defects using designated tools and systems, providing detailed information to facilitate resolution
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress, issues, and recommendations

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Manual Tester or similar role, with 1-2 years of hands-on experience
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Proficiency in creating test cases, test scripts, and test plans to ensure comprehensive test coverage
- Experience with manual testing techniques and tools, including but not limited to bug tracking systems, test management tools, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) are desirable but not required
