**Job Title: Marketing Assistant (Hospital)**
**Job Summary**:
The Marketing Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts of the hospital. This position assists in implementing marketing strategies to promote hospital services, programs, and initiatives, while also maintaining positive relationships with patients, staff, and the community.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation and Management**:
- Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content (e.g., social media posts, website updates).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging and informative content that highlights hospital services, specialties, events, and achievements.
- Maintain and update content on the hospital website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- **Social Media and Online Presence**:
- Support social media marketing efforts by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Assist in managing hospital social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Monitor online reviews and feedback, addressing concerns and promoting positive interactions with patients and the community.
- **Event Coordination and Promotion**:
- Assist in planning and coordinating hospital events, such as health fairs, seminars, workshops, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, promotional materials, and attendee registration.
- **Community Outreach and Partnerships**:
- Support efforts to build and maintain relationships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in developing partnerships and sponsorships to increase visibility and support hospital initiatives.
- Participate in community events, health screenings, and outreach activities to promote hospital services and engage with the community.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Assist in collecting and analyzing marketing data, including website traffic, social media metrics, and campaign performance.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings, insights, and recommendations to the marketing team and hospital leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, target audiences effectively, and improve campaign ROI.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing, communications, or healthcare preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable but not required.

**Salary**: ₹9,280.61 - ₹34,886.05 per month
