Delhi Delhi, India IIDE - Indian Institute of Digital Education Full time

Lead and oversee critical departments at our Delhi campus, including trainer delivery management, placement, and student event teams, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional student experiences.
- Manage the complete student journey, from onboarding and learning to placement, ensuring a consistently positive and fulfilling experience.
- Address and resolve student and trainer escalations promptly, ensuring smooth and satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
- Delegate tasks effectively among team members, providing clear direction and guidance to achieve established milestones and uphold the highest standards of student experience.
- Ensure the delivery team efficiently manages trainer schedules, consistently achieving exceptional feedback scores from students and faculty.
- Maintain an optimal balance between internal and external faculties while managing associated costs in alignment with management directives and budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate closely with the program head to devise and implement training processes and strategies for seamless execution of programs/courses both online and offline, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Proactively manage the placement team, addressing the individual needs of every student and facilitating successful career transitions.
- Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for staff engaged in specific projects or initiatives, fostering accountability and effective teamwork.
- Conduct research and implement process efficiencies leveraging automation and technology to enhance student efficiency and faculty management, driving continuous improvement in operations.
- Continuously monitor and analyze student attendance, assignment completion, grievances, and retention data, drawing actionable insights and implementing practical improvement solutions to enhance the overall student experience.
- Supervise and organize student experience activities, including graduation ceremonies, recreational events, and cultural celebrations, ensuring memorable and meaningful experiences for students.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess and enhance the overall Student Experience, refining and upholding exceptional standards in line with institutional goals.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties within the broad scope of the position as requested by management to support the overall mission and objectives of the institution.

**Salary**: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
