**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Create compelling and creative content including posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia formats to resonate with our target audience.
- Write engaging and concise copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
- Design visually appealing graphics and images using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and conversations relevant to our industry or brand.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to track the success of social media campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of creating engaging content and managing social media channels effectively.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for various platforms.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with followers and stakeholders professionally.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and tools is a plus.
