Roles and Responsibilities

**Designation: Database Administrator (SQL)**

**Mandatory Skills: SQL 2017/2018 version, Must know to write Query, Excellent DBA knowledge**

**Experience: 10+ Years**

**Work Mode : Hybrid (Trave office once/ twice a week)**

**Number of positions : 1**

**Office Locations: Mumbai & Kolkata**

**Notice period : Immediate to 15 days**

**CTC : Based on Exp.**

**Interview Mode : L1 + L2 + PD Round + Client Round (Optional)**

**General overview of the position**:

- Operations team (Production Support) position
- Supporting multiple customers in multiple SQL Server environments
- Environments are on premise, hosting and in the cloud
- Performance troubleshooting
- Health Checks
- Architecture design
- General production support
- Phone support of technologies
- Some Dev opportunities available

**Requirements**:
What you bring to your new team
- **Minimum 10 years** **M SQL SQL Server 2016, 2017, 2019 DBA** experience (senior level)
- Must communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and written
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and research technical issues
- High-level problem determination and resolution skills
- Deployment and upgrade of engine and clients
- Experience with **SSIS Packages, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, views, constraints and functions**:

- Tuning reviews/assessments (DB and SQL tuning) and query monitoring
- Good to have - knowledge on third party monitoring tools such as Sentry One
- ** Backup and recovery, high availability/Cluster, Always On and DR**:

- Assisting, troubleshooting and guiding technical and non-technical resources with any issues
- Ability to provide configuration, monitoring and on-call support for development, test, and production environments.
- Strong stakeholder communication

- Optimizing loads of large volumes of data into a database
- Migration experience
- Experience coding stored procedures, triggers
- Professional consulting experience
