**About TalentGum -**

**Responsibilities**:

- Teach children from the age group of 4 to 14 online
- Ensure that students enjoy the course
- Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals.
- Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct Demo Sessions with students and ensure conversions.
- Conduct group and private lessons as required.
- Provide a fun and creative environment.

**Qualifications / Experience required**:

- Formal education in English and good experience in speaking.
- Relevant working experience (3+ years)

**Requirements**:

- Good English & Hindi Communication Skills
- Must have experience in teaching children (mandatory)
