**Key Responsibilities**

**Public Speaking & Presentation Coaching**
- **Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions and group workshops to improve speaking skills.**:

- **Train individuals to speak confidently, clearly, and persuasively in front of an audience.**:

- **Teach techniques for voice modulation, body language, and stage presence.**

**Confidence & Communication Development**
- **Help students and educators overcome stage fear and anxiety while speaking.**:

- **Train them to structure their speeches, control nervousness, and engage audiences effectively.**:

- **Provide breathing exercises, storytelling techniques, and improvisation drills for better delivery.**

**Virtual & Webinar Training**
- **Coach astrology educators and webinar hosts on speaking effectively in live and recorded online sessions.**:

- **Provide feedback on video presentations, podcast interviews, and social media live sessions.**:

- **Develop a structured program to help instructors build a commanding online presence.**

**Customized Training Plans & Feedback**
- **Design personalized coaching modules based on the individual's speaking strengths and weaknesses.**:

- **Conduct mock speech exercises, role-play scenarios, and interactive feedback sessions.**:

- **Offer guidance on speech structuring, persuasive storytelling, and audience interaction.**

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- **4-5 years of experience in public speaking coaching, communication training, or corporate speech coaching.**:

- **Strong expertise in confidence-building, voice modulation, storytelling, and audience engagement.**:

- **Prior experience working with educators, students, entrepreneurs, or professionals is a plus.**:

- **Ability to train both in-person and virtually via Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms.**:

- **Excellent interpersonal skills with a motivational and patient coaching style.**

**Familiarity with spirituality, astrology, or alternative education fields is a bonus.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,896.05 - ₹30,000.00 per month
