Interior Site Supervisor

**Job Summary**:
The Interior Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing on-site construction activities for interior design and renovation projects. This role involves ensuring that all work is carried out according to design plans, project timelines, and safety standards. The Interior Site Supervisor coordinates with contractors, suppliers, and the project team to ensure smooth and timely execution of interior works.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **On-site Supervision**:

- Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring that construction and interior works are carried out according to design specifications, project plans, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and manage day-to-day operations, including the scheduling and deployment of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Ensure that contractors, subcontractors, and workers follow construction schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Work closely with the project manager, designers, and contractors to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and requirements.
- Assist in reviewing and interpreting design plans and drawings, ensuring that all installations are according to design intent.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the timely delivery of materials and fixtures, managing any delays or supply issues.
- **Quality Control and Inspection**:

- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being done to the highest quality and adheres to the design plans.
- Identify and rectify any defects or issues in workmanship and materials in collaboration with contractors and suppliers.
- Ensure that all finishes, fixtures, and installations meet the quality and aesthetic standards required by the project.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular safety checks and briefings to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Report any safety incidents, hazards, or violations to the project manager and implement corrective actions.
- **Project Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed daily logs of site activities, including progress reports, labor, and material usage.
- Report on the progress of the project to the project manager, highlighting any delays, issues, or changes needed.
- Assist in documenting change orders, variations, and any project deviations as required.
- **Team Leadership and Communication**:

- Lead and manage the on-site team of contractors, subcontractors, and workers, ensuring clear communication and proper task delegation.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues, conflicts, or discrepancies between team members and stakeholders.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for the project manager, designers, and clients, addressing their queries and concerns during site visits.
- **Timeline and Budget Management**:

- Monitor project timelines and ensure that work is completed within the stipulated deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining project budgets by managing labor and material usage efficiently, minimizing wastage, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- **Handover and Post-Completion**:

- Conduct final inspections upon project completion to ensure that all works meet design and quality expectations.
- Coordinate with the project manager for the final handover of the site to the client, including addressing any final snagging issues.
- Provide aftercare support for minor fixes or adjustments post-completion, if required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior site supervision, construction, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of interior design, construction processes, and materials.
- Familiarity with construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
