**Job Title: Marketing Executive (Nellore, AP)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Visit hospitals, clinics, and medical professionals to promote our spine implant products.
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions as required.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to the management team.
- **Payment Follow-ups**:

- Ensure timely collection of payments from clients.
- Maintain accurate records of payment status and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Act as a liaison between the company and healthcare professionals to address inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requirements.
- Provide regular updates on product features, pricing, and availability.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and submit regular sales and payment collection reports to the management team.
- Keep track of sales forecasts and performance metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience**:*Fresher to Minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales, preferably in medical devices or implants.*
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Other Requirements**:

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
