**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Purchase and sales accounting, including invoice verification and posting.
- Managing cash and bank transactions - receipts, payments, and reconciliations.
- Daily cash collection and verification at all resort outlets.
- Handling inter-company billing and ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Timely reconciliation of credit card transactions, creditors, guest folios, and other debtors.
- Overseeing routine tax compliance - including TDS, GST, and other statutory filings.
- Managing month-end and year-end book closures as per accounting standards.
- Preparing monthly and annual MIS reports and supporting ad hoc reporting requirements.
- Coordinating with other finance team members and liaising with different departments to ensure accurate financial data and smooth inter-departmental functioning.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software (Tally, ERP), MS Excel, and financial systems.
- Sound understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Ability to meet deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
