Job Description: Telecaller for Doctor Consultancy

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our doctor consultancy team. As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in connecting patients with doctors, facilitating appointments, and providing information about our consultancy services. Your excellent communication skills and compassionate nature will be essential in building relationships with patients and ensuring their needs are met. **Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective patients and engage them in conversations to understand their healthcare needs.

2. Provide detailed information about our doctor consultancy services, including the specialties, experience, and qualifications of our doctors.

3. Assess patient requirements, listen attentively to their concerns, and recommend suitable doctors based on their specific needs.

4. Schedule appointments for patients with doctors, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy in appointment details.

5. Assist patients in understanding the consultation process, including appointment reminders, payment procedures, and any necessary preparations.

6. Maintain an updated database of patient information, appointments, and relevant communication for efficient follow-ups and records management.

7. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth coordination of patient appointments, follow-ups, and overall service delivery.

9. Meet individual and team targets for call volume, appointment conversion, and patient satisfaction.

10. Stay informed about the latest developments in the medical field, including new treatments, procedures, and healthcare regulations, to provide accurate and up-to-date information to patients.

Qualifications:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare, customer service, or a related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience in a customer service or telecalling role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

3. Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.

4. Empathetic and patient-oriented approach to understand patients' concerns and provide appropriate solutions.

5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

6. Proficiency in using telecalling software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools for documentation and appointment management.

7. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

8. Basic knowledge of medical terminology, healthcare procedures, and different medical specialties is desirable.

9. Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering high-quality service to patients.

10. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate patients' schedules and ensure comprehensive coverage.
