Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Client Handling:
'¢ Greet and assist patients/clients in a warm and professional manner.
'¢ Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and appointment bookings efficiently.
'¢ Provide basic information about treatments, procedures, and clinic policies.
'¢ Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of clients.
Appointment & Calendar Management:
'¢ Manage Dr. Sonam Ramrakhiani's calendar, scheduling patient consultations and follow-ups.
'¢ Coordinate appointments to optimize the clinic's schedule and minimize wait times.
'¢ Confirm bookings and send reminders to clients via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Administrative & Operational Support:
'¢ Maintain and update patient records with accuracy.
'¢ Assist in handling billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups when required.
'¢ Support in stock management of clinic supplies and consumables.
'¢ Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed.
'¢ Assist in handling social media inquiries and basic online correspondence.
Requirements & Skills:
'¢ Prior experience in front desk, reception, or administrative roles (preferably in a clinic, hospital, or wellness center).
'¢ Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred).
'¢ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and appointment scheduling software.
'¢ Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle client interactions with patience and professionalism.
'¢ A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Fixed shift
- Morning shift
