**Job Title: Cyber Security Trainer**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver advanced cybersecurity training sessions tailored for computer science engineering students in esteemed deemed universities.
- Develop and curate training materials covering topics such as penetration testing, threat intelligence, and secure coding practices.
- Continuously assess and enhance training methodologies to align with industry standards and evolving cyber threats.
- Lead the development and refinement of comprehensive training content, incorporating real-world scenarios and case studies.
- Create educational materials, including detailed presentations, hands-on exercises, and documentation for a holistic learning experience.
- Design and implement robust assessments to evaluate the proficiency and understanding of participants in cybersecurity concepts.
- Analyze assessment results to provide actionable insights for the continuous improvement of training programs.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, university partners, and industry experts to ensure the success of training and research initiatives.
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing innovative ideas, insights, and best practices.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge-sharing and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity.
- Strong interest in cybersecurity, demonstrated through previous work experience or projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

**Additional Information**:

Pay: ₹344,382.32 - ₹1,076,754.14 per year
