We are seeking a passionate and skilled Cyber Security Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Cyber Security Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering expert instruction on various aspects of cybersecurity, covering foundational to advanced topics. You will teach students how to protect digital assets, detect threats, and build secure systems, ensuring they gain hands-on experience with the concepts and best practices in cybersecurity.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on cybersecurity topics such as network security, ethical hacking, encryption, firewalls, security protocols, malware analysis, and vulnerability assessment.
- Teach students how to implement security measures to safeguard data and systems from cyber threats.
- Provide practical examples, case studies, and projects that simulate real-world cybersecurity challenges.
- Guide students through hands-on exercises, penetration testing, and incident response activities.
- Ensure that students are proficient in using key tools and technologies such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, firewalls, and VPNs.

**Support & Mentorship**:

- Provide timely feedback on students’ progress, addressing queries and offering guidance outside of training sessions.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students can develop technical expertise and confidence in cybersecurity practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and threats in the cybersecurity field to ensure the curriculum is current and relevant.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven expertise in cybersecurity, with a strong understanding of network security, ethical hacking, encryption, digital forensics, and cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools such as Kali Linux, Wireshark, Metasploit, and others.
- Knowledge of security protocols, malware analysis, firewalls, and risk management.
- Previous teaching or training experience in cybersecurity is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to explain complex security concepts in a clear, engaging manner to students with varying levels of technical experience.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed in the field of cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
