**URGENT OPENING**for a **Mid-level GRAPHIC DESIGNER** at Amarea Creative Agency.

We're looking for a talented and dedicated graphic designer to join our growing team who can create effective concepts and ideas and create visual representations, in both print and electronic media.

Location**:Vashi, Navi Mumbai**

Experience**:Minimum 2 - 4 years** of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a agency setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Creative Leadership**: Lead the design process from concept to execution, inspiring creativity and innovation within the team. Drive the development of impactful visual designs that push boundaries and resonate with audiences.
- **Timely Delivery**: Ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets that meet client deadlines and exceed expectations. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and consistency across all deliverables.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify design challenges and propose creative solutions that address client needs and enhance user engagement. Proactively seek feedback and iterate on designs to achieve optimal results.
- **Develop Creative Concepts**: Design solutions for various projects, including advertisements, marketing collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, print media, and presentations. Ensure a unified design and tone to create an effective and strong visual language (Identity) across all customer touchpoints.
- **Quality Control**: Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and maintain a high creative bar across all design deliverables.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from conception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in design and client communication.
- **Creativity & Innovation**: A passion for pushing the boundaries of design and exploring new creative techniques and trends. Staying updated on design trends and technologies.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative design solutions.
- **Mastery of Design Tools**:Strong proficiency over design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.
- **Bonus Skills**: Knowledge of video editing softwares like Adobe After Effects is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas and provide constructive feedback.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements while maintaining a positive attitude.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong portfolio showcasing your creative work in graphic design and video editing across various platforms and mediums.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in graphic design, fine arts or communication design)/ BMM ( Bachelor of Mass Media )
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
