We’re looking for a **Mid-Level Graphic Designer** who can bring ideas to life with creativity, craft, and care. Someone who can balance imagination with execution, and who gets excited about design that doesn’t just look good but _feels_ good.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conceptualize and design engaging visual assets across digital and print formats (social media, websites, decks, campaigns, branding).
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to execution.
- Translate brand guidelines into consistent, premium, and innovative visual outputs.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and priorities effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of quality while adapting designs to client feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital-first design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with motion graphics/video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
