**About the role**:
We’re looking for a **creative and camera friendly Social Media Marketer**who thrives on social trends, storytelling, and digital engagement. While the role includes core responsibilities like planning, scheduling, and managing social media content, a **major focus will be on creating and shooting engaging short-form videos**(featuring yourself) for platforms such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and reach.
- **Ideate, film, and edit short and long form video content**regularly, featuring yourself on-camera.
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and video scripts that align with brand voice.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, audio, formats, and challenges.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide regular insights.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team on content calendars and campaign planning.
- Maintain consistent branding across all platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable and confident being on camera - this is essential, as you will regularly create video content featuring yourself.
- Skilled in video creation and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or InShot.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media captions, hooks, and scripts.
- Solid understanding of audience engagement and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with attention to visual details and storytelling.
