**Job Description**:

- Key Responsibilities
- **Shipment Coordination**: Manages the entire shipping process from order receipt to final delivery, coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely movement of goods.
- **Documentation Management**: Handles all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and certificates of origin, ensuring they are accurate, compliant with regulations, and filed correctly.
- **Logistics and Operations**: Oversees the logistics of shipments, including selecting transportation services, booking containers, and tracking shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stays updated on and ensures adherence to all relevant import/export regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
- **Vendor and Stakeholder Communication**: Liaises with various stakeholders, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, customs agents, and shipping lines, to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
- **Rate Negotiation**: Negotiates freight rates and terms with carriers and service providers to achieve cost-effective shipping solutions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintains accurate records of all shipping activities, shipments, and costs for reporting and auditing purposes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
