Job Description-

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination: Manages the entire shipping process from order receipt to final delivery, coordinating with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments to ensure timely movement of goods.
• Documentation Management: Handles all necessary shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and certificates of origin, ensuring they are accurate, compliant with regulations, and filed correctly.
• Logistics and Operations: Oversees the logistics of shipments, including selecting transportation services, booking containers, and tracking shipment progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stays updated on and ensures adherence to all relevant import/export regulations, trade laws, and company policies.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Communication: Liaises with various stakeholders, including freight forwarders, customs brokers, customs agents, and shipping lines, to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations.
• Rate Negotiation: Negotiates freight rates and terms with carriers and service providers to achieve cost-effective shipping solutions.
• Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of all shipping activities, shipments, and costs for reporting and auditing purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
