We are looking for an experienced **Technician****:

- IT / Electrical **assisting with specific installations, configurations, and support tasks to ensure efficient and timely completion of IT projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hardware Installation**:Set up IT hardware (CCTV, biometrics, networking equipment, printers, Routers, Switches, Firewall).
- **System Configuration**:Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- **Network Setup**:Configure LAN/WAN networks and ensure stable connectivity.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- **Project Support**:Provide IT assistance for specific project tasks and installations.
- **Documentation**:Maintain records of installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- **Security**:Implement firewalls, antivirus, and access control for projects.

**Skills**:

- Familiarity with cloud services, remote desktop tools, and video conferencing systems.
- Knowledge of IT security measures and data backup solutions.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus
