Job Summary:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Trainer to conduct hands-on training sessions at industrial and construction sites. The trainer will be responsible for developing workforce skills in electrical systems, control instrumentation, safety practices, and modern technologies, ensuring participants gain both practical and theoretical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver on-site and classroom training programs for technicians, electricians, engineers, and operators.
- Train participants in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical & instrumentation systems.
- Provide practical demonstrations on:
- Electrical wiring, cabling, and panel installation
- Motor controls, starters, and switchgear operations
- Instrumentation calibration and loop checking
- PLC basics and industrial automation (if applicable)
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Electrical & instrumentation drawings and documentation
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety, lockout-tagout (LOTO), and statutory regulations.
- Assess trainee performance through practical evaluations and knowledge tests.
- Maintain training records, prepare reports, and continuously upgrade training material as per industry needs.
- Collaborate with site/project management to integrate training without disrupting ongoing work.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on industry/site experience in electrical and instrumentation work.
- Prior experience in training, mentoring, or skill development preferred.
- Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems, instrumentation devices, and automation basics.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
- Ability to manage diverse groups (unskilled workers to engineers).
- Strong focus on safety standards and compliance.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in training/skill development (NSDC/SSC or equivalent).
- Exposure to industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, DCS).
- Knowledge of renewable energy systems, smart meters, or IoT-enabled instrumentation is a plus.
- Familiarity with CSR-driven training projects will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
