We are a “full-stack” business. We produce our own products, market them, and manufacture them ourselves. This lets us maintain higher quality standards, faster product agility, and lower costs. Our head offices are in Goa and Singapore, but many of our team members work remotely. We base decisions on data and what’s right for the customer.

**PRODUCT RESEARCHER**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
- Collaborate with the product development team to inform new product concepts and improvements.
- Reviewing and analyzing competitor products to suggest new products or improvements on existing line of products
- Utilize various research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, and data analysis, to gather meaningful insights.
- Prepare detailed research reports and present findings to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer feedback and market response.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation process for new products.
- Ensure compliance with market regulations and standards in product research.
- Assist in the development of product specifications and requirements based on research findings.
- Provide recommendations for product positioning and pricing strategies.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in product research, market analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret large sets of data and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with the latest trends in research methodologies and product development.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.
