**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and development of solutions using OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies into existing systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for solution design.
- Develop and maintain documentation for architecture design and implementation processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all architectural designs.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to optimize system performance and scalability.
- Monitor project progress and provide updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance system capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to share knowledge and best practices with team members.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to ensure seamless integration of solutions.
- Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies to solve complex business challenges.

**Qualifications**
- Possess a strong understanding of OT Exstream OT Designer and OT Design Manager with proven experience in solution design and implementation.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Have a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and creating comprehensive reports.
- Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
- Be capable of working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
