Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough investigations into suspected fraudulent activities.
- Analyze transaction patterns to identify potential risks and fraudulent behavior.
- Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address fraud-related issues.
- Prepare detailed reports on investigation findings and recommend actions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in fraud prevention and detection.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in fraud investigation or risk analysis.
- Previous experience in the E-commerce or Payment industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent attention to detail and investigative skills.
- Proficiency in using fraud detection tools and software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
