**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Create original designs based on the requirements of our clients to ensure a better user experience with their software/ product.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe XD and Figma
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets
- Good time-management skill

**Responsibilities**:

- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams and prototypes.
- Design social media post images, banners and gifs following the procedures of size and style for each social media platform.
- Ensure all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.
- work with the Digital Marketing team to ensure the seamless creation of posters, banners, etc.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).
- Translate user requirements, wireframes, and prototypes into high-fidelity mock-ups and design assets.
- Analyze user data and metrics to make informed design decisions and continually improve the user experience.
- Implement best practices for usability, accessibility, and user interaction while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards.
- Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of designs, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the quality of designs continuously.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
