Key Responsibilities:

- **Sales Strategy Development**:Develops and implements comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- **Team Leadership**:Leads, mentors, and motivates the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**:Builds and maintains strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- **Market Analysis**:Analyzes market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
- **Sales Reporting and Forecasting**:Prepares regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborates with marketing, finance, legal, and other teams to support sales initiatives and streamline processes.
- **Process Improvement**:Identifies areas for process improvement, implements innovative sales techniques, and leverages technology to enhance sales operations.
- **Technical or Customer-Facing Responsibilities**:May engage with clients, conduct property viewings, negotiate contracts, and utilize CRM systems to manage client relationships and sales transactions.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
