Tastezy is a fast-growing e-commerce platform that specializes in delivering delicious pickles and sweets across India. As we expand, we are building our own cloud infrastructure to support our operations. We are looking for a passionate and motivated intern to assist in setting up and managing our cloud environment using OpenStack. If you're looking to learn and work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, this is the perfect opportunity for you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with OpenStack Setup**:

- Help in installing and configuring OpenStack components like Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, etc.
- Set up virtual machines, networks, and storage within the cloud environment.
- **Cloud Resource Management**:

- Assist with the management of cloud resources including compute instances, storage, and networking.
- Monitor cloud resource usage and assist in scaling the environment as needed.
- **Cloud Security & Backup**:

- Help configure security settings like firewalls, user roles, and permissions.
- Assist in setting up backup strategies and performing regular backups of critical data.
- **Automation and Scripting**:

- Work on automating cloud management tasks using OpenStack CLI, Bash, or Python scripts.
- **Learning and Development**:

- Continuously learn about cloud infrastructure, OpenStack, and best practices in cloud management.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions on cloud technologies.

**Required Skills**:

- **Basic knowledge of Linux**: Familiarity with Linux commands and operating systems.
- **Cloud Computing Fundamentals**: Interest in cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS) and understanding of cloud concepts.
- **Networking**: Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addressing, DNS, routing).
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud infrastructure.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently and take initiative.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently enrolled in a **Bachelor's** or **Master's degree** in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
- Enthusiasm for learning about cloud computing, virtualization, and system administration.
- Previous experience or coursework related to cloud technologies, Linux, or networking is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Up to ₹1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
