**Responsibilities**:

- **Generate and process invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring accuracy of details (amounts, dates, services).**
- **Monitor invoice status and follow up to ensure timely payments.**
- **Collect and organize financial documents, receipts, and paperwork from clients, vendors, and internal departments.**
- **Maintain financial records and ensure proper filing systems for easy access.**
- **Assist in generating One-Time Passwords (OTPs) for secure transactions, ensuring security measures are followed.**
- **Track and record payments received and amounts owed, supporting receivables and payables management.**
- **Send reminders and follow-ups for overdue payments.**
- **Raise invoices and payment requests for internal and external transactions.**
- **Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.**
- **Assist with account reconciliation and identify discrepancies.**
- **Support preparation of reconciliation reports for audits.**
- **Education**: Pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- **Skills**: Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of QuickBooks/SAP a plus.
- **Attributes**: Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
